UPS Services and Contracts

Whether your UPS system is protecting your server, computers, medical equipment, data centre, production line etc. it is important to have it maintained to avoid any disruption to your business service.  You don’t want to wait until a thunder storm, ice storm or rolling brownout hits to find out that your UPS system is not working properly.  As company’s needs for computers and electronic equipment grows so does the need for a UPS system.

PowerWright Services Inc offers threedifferent types of service contract options for your uninterrupted power supply; silver, goldand platinum service agreements.  These different options are available Monday-Friday during business hours 5x8 orMonday-Sunday 7x24services depending on your business’s needs.  These options do varyand can be altered to meet your requirements and needs to ensure all of your critical devices remain operational when the UPS is needed.

Some examples of different types of options available are quarterly maintenance or semi-annual maintenance on the UPS and batteries. We also provide power quality studies, thermal imaging of all your power distribution, load banking and wet cell battery maintenance.

It is important to keep your Uninterrupted Power Supply system (UPS) and batteries maintained regular in order for them to continuefunctioning properly.  When performing our maintenance visit the technician will test the batteries, change the air filters, review the alarm history, etc.  The technician will also notify you of any issues that could affect the operation of your system such as a dusty environment,  room temperature, age of Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS), or aging batteries, these are very important inthe functionality and life of the ups and batteries.

Your facility equipment is important to us and that is why we have the highest level of service in North America.  You will always reach a live person to take you call and a technician will be dispatched immediately to your facility should you require.  All of our technicians have extensive training on the all makes and models including such brands as GE, Eaton/Powerware, Tripp-lite, APC, MGE, Liebert, Gamatronics, PDI, Argus, etc.

Notes:

• Any parts required to bring the UPS up to working order prior to contract signing will be billable to the Customer. This will be determined after the pre-inspection.
• Parts and labour for battery replacements are not covered by these plans and will be billable at contract rates.
