UPS Field Service Technician

PowerWright is the largest multi-vendor, uninterruptible power systems service provider in North America with business partners such as ABB/GE, Alpha, Toshiba and Tripp-lite. We are looking for an individual with great team spirit and excellent attitude to take on a UPS Field Service Technician role within our company.

The successful candidate will need good organizational skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities and have sound computer skills. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in either DC rectifiers and or/ UPS systems who possess a diploma in electronics technology or equivalent. You will also need 3-5 years minimum experience in the industry. You MUST be a Canadian resident.

Key duties will include:

• Commissioning, testing and calibration and repair of UPS and DC rectifier systems.
• Help to develop the region and participate with product sales efforts in the area.
• Manage account relationships with existing and new clients.
• Some travel and after hours work will be required.

Sales Representative

PowerWright is the largest multi-vendor, uninterruptible power systems service provider in North America with business partners such as ABB/GE, Alpha, Toshiba and Tripp-lite. We are looking for an individual with great team spirit and excellent attitude to take on a Sales Specialist role within our company at our Toronto office.

The successful candidate will be self-driven, need good organizational skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities and have excellent computer skills. Also the candidate must have a positive attitude, fast learner with a proven track record in sales. All candidates must have minimum 3 years of experience and knowledge of the electrical industry, single and 3 Phase UPS systems.

Key duties will include:

• Create new product and service sales in the Canadian and US market.
• Develop and manage account relationships with existing and new clients.
• Prepare and present service solutions including turnkey projects, maintenance contract options, equipment repair/upgrade and energy solutions.
• Assist with the preparation and execution of RFP and RFQs.
• Develop and execute an annual sales plan to meet performance expectations and requirements.
• Report and track all sales leads and quotes in the companies CRM system.
• Some travel will be required.
